Before you decide
Do I need to enter a credit card?
No. Trying Stafio is free and requires no credit card — a company, an email and a mobile number are enough.
Do I have to use all Stafio modules?
No. Stafio is modular — you can use only the modules your company needs and add more at any time. You pay for and work with only what you actually use.
Can Stafio handle recruitment, shifts and attendance together?
Yes. That is the whole point of Stafio — the chain from the first contact with a candidate through shifts to approved attendance runs in one system, without retyping data between tools.
Can we manage several workplaces in one system?
Yes. You keep the shift roster and the hours worked by workplace and cost centre. Supervisors confirm attendance on their phone, so you see both the plan and the work actually done at each site.
Can we move our data from Excel to Stafio?
Yes. Stafio supports bulk import of people, workplaces and attendance from CSV files that you can prepare in Excel. Before the transfer we go through the structure of your data and the fields you need together.
Is Stafio only for staffing agencies?
No. Stafio is general HR software for any company that wants its HR in order. Staffing agencies are just one of several segments we serve.
In which languages is Stafio available?
The web application is available in English, Czech and Slovak, the mobile app in English, Czech and Ukrainian. We run demos in English or Czech.
